I've tried Christmas cakes from other bakers in the past but the cake from Shellzsweetcreations has got to be the best cake.
Not only was the decoration elegant, but the cake itself was incredibly moist and flavorful.
It was the focal point of our dessert spread and disappeared within minutes of being sliced!
