delivering the best rum cake in the city. Her work has been featured and supplied in well-known restaurants such as Nicey's, Islanders, Charlie's, Yardies, and others across the GTA and other high-profile clientele.
Specializing in authentic Jamaican rum cakes, a truly rare thing to find, Shelly combines time-honored recipes with her own signature touch, creating desserts that make every occasion just a little more special.
